Scholarships for
Academic Mobility Student
The student academic mobility scholarship consists of financial support for the partial development of
undergraduate studies in other national or foreign higher education institutions; as well as in the participation of academic, sports and artistic-cultural events of relevance or institutional benefit, innovation and research; as well as, in student exchange activities, research stays and for being creditors of prizes obtained through internal competitions programmed by the University of the Armed Forces and external, by other universities, as long as they have achieved the first three places.

Student mobility is implemented within the framework of agreements or agreements with the
Agreements entered into by the University with other institutions or
with the express invitation of institutions to participate in research programs or academic events. (Art. 30 Ibid.)
The process begins with the express request of the Director of the Career to which the student belongs, indicating the line of research and/or the relevance of participation (depending on the type of student academic mobility).
The amounts of the Mobility Scholarship may cover the costs of registration, transportation, insurance and/or maintenance according to the table of economic benefits scholarships for student academic mobility scholarships, which must be specified in the application submitted.

Applicants for a mobility grant must meet, on a mandatory basis, the general requirements for the undergraduate scholarship and specific requirements for the student academic mobility grant.
The amounts of the Mobility Scholarship may cover the costs of registration, transportation, insurance and/or maintenance according to the table of economic benefits scholarships for student academic mobility scholarships, which must be specified in the application submitted.
AMOUNTS FOR MOBILITY
Accommodation
Cost of the university residence in which you are staying or three-star hotel
Feeding
Allocation of USD 15.00 per day, for the days of exchange or student academic mobility and attendance at scientific, sports or cultural academic events.
Transport
Cost of the land ticket (values subject to justification, with invoice, in the name of the student).
Airfare cost (presentation of the plane ticket)
Health Insurance
Cost of travel insurance, during the round trip, that covers during the time of the scholarship.
Registration
Registration fee (values subject to justification, with invoice in the name of the student).
Accommodation
Cost of the university residence in which you are staying to which a three-star hotel arrives
Feeding
Up to USD 30.00 per day.
Transport
Airfare cost (presentation of the plane ticket)
Health Insurance
Cost of insurance, during the round trip, and during the time of the scholarship.
Registration
Registration fee (values subject to justification, with invoice or proof of payment in the name of the student).
*In the event that the registration is group, the registration benefit will be granted to a single beneficiary who must present the invoice in his or her name.
REQUIREMENTS
Specific requirements
Invitation, invitation and/or recognition to academic, sports and artistic-cultural events of institutional relevance or benefit, innovation and research, student exchange activities, research stays and when they have reached the first three positions through internal competitions programmed by the University of the Armed Forces – ESPE and external by other universities.
Supporting documents
a. Copy of the agreement, letter of invitation and/or acknowledgment.
Specific requirements
Be enrolled in the minimum credits/hours necessary, so as not to lose the gratuity;
Supporting documents
a. Certificate of enrolment legalised by the Admission and Registration Unit.
Specific requirements
Application for mobility grant, specifying: amounts to be financed, start and end dates of the mobility, place to be used, etc.
Supporting documents
a. Application for a student academic mobility scholarship.
Specific requirements
Analysis and approval, by the Career Council, of the student mobility project.
Supporting documents
a. Resolution of the Career Council, approved and legalized, stating: approval of the project, line of research, and/or relevance, beginning and end of mobility, amounts to be financed.
Specific requirements
Determine the deliverables and documentation, at the end of the student academic mobility.
Supporting documents
a. Letter of commitment signed by the student and academic tutor.
b. In case there is more than one author of the work due to the student academic mobility, a letter of delegation to represent all the authors.
c. In the case of a research stay, or academic event; in which due to time they do not reach publication in an indexed journal, letter from the tutor teacher stating that he or she is committed to publishing, where the student will be the first author.
d. In the event that the registration is group, the benefit of registration will be granted to a single beneficiary who must present the invoice in his or her name.
