Digital systems
It focuses on the study and design of systems that process information in binary format. Fundamentals such as numerical systems, Boolean algebra, combinational and sequential logic circuits, microprocessors and microcontrollers are addressed. It provides the basis for understanding hardware operation and developing technological solutions based on digital systems.

Information networks
It focuses on the design, implementation and management of data communication systems. Fundamentals such as reference models (OSI and TCP/IP), IP addressing, network protocols, switching and routing, and the configuration of network devices are covered. It provides knowledge on how systems are interconnected and ensures efficient, secure and reliable transmission of information.
