Enrolment for Master's Degrees

Tuition

The delivery of documents for the postgraduate enrollment process will be made at the Academic Secretary’s Office, located in the Central Building, Registration Unit, in a cardboard folder (BLUE or LIGHT BLUE) with 21 thin plastic protectors (NON-MICAS)

NOTE

If you do not have a certificate of proficiency in a Foreign language (Qualification Requirement), you must download the letter of Commitment to Deliver the Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate and include it in the documentation folder addressed to the Academic Secretary (UREG).

Requirements

For the Graduate Enrollment process, the following must be submitted:

  • Data sheet filled out on a computer and printed, signed by the student.
  • A notarized copy of the third-level (master’s) and fourth-level (doctorate) degree
  • Printing of the SENESCYT website, where the registration of the degree is recorded.
  • A copy of the citizenship card and ballot paper or military credential; if you are a foreigner, present a copy of your passport.
  • Resume, must include the following information: full names and surnames, ID number, home and work address, home and work telephone number, cell phone number, personal and work e-mail, among others. No backups required.
  • A half-body postcard photo on dull matte paper, white background. and 4 photos of American passport size with formal civilian and military attire (4-A uniform).
  • Notarized copy of the certificate or diploma of proficiency in a foreign language, conferred by a university or institution.
  • Letter of recommendation in the case of applying to a master’s degree in Management or Doctorate program.
  • Eight (8) empty blade guards.
  • If the applicant is awarded a scholarship by the ESPE, he or she must submit the Rector’s Order, or the enabling document if it is from another official body.
