The Marketing career of the #ESPEU developed an academic space where learning transcended. During Business Week, attendees toured stands with real brands, products, creative proposals and activations, which allowed them to experience marketing from a practical and innovative perspective 🚀📊💡.

The event was strengthened with the Keynote Address with Juan Carlos Salazar, CEO & Director of Strategy at Engage, who took us from insight to impact through data-driven digital strategies.

The day continued with the Panel on Innovation and marketing trends in the new digital era, together with experts from the sector:

This initiative reaffirms the commitment of the University of the Armed Forces ESPE to comprehensive training, the link with the productive sector and applied learning

The #ESPEU received the visit of representatives of the University of Florida, with whom important approaches were initiated for the construction of future academic and scientific cooperation agreements. 🤝🌎

The Crnl. Víctor E. Villavicencio A., PhD., Rector of the University of the Armed Forces ESPE, met with its authorities to strengthen the institutional dialogue and the international projection of our university.

This meeting will promote strategic alliances that will open new opportunities for academic exchange, research and development of joint projects for the benefit of our university community.

The Inauguration of the Business Week was successfully held, an academic space organized by the Department of Economic, Administrative and Commerce Sciences of the #ESPEU, which brought together students, teachers and professionals.

Through conferences and academic meetings, leadership, innovation, critical thinking and entrepreneurial vision were strengthened, reaffirming our commitment to academic excellence and sustainable economic development.

🙌🏻 And this continues! Throughout the week, activities will be developed that promote learning, the exchange of ideas and academic reflection.

The #ESPEU has been invited to join 7 international universities, through the @umet_edu, to participate in a call for ERASMUS+ non-reimbursable competitive funds, through the ELE-IA Project: Intelligent and Self-Organized Educational Ecosystem.

A research, development and innovation initiative aimed at providing tools for improvement for universities and strengthening the education of the future.

Within the framework of the Eleventh Anniversary of the Public Company ESPE-INNOVATIVA E.P., the commemorative program was developed that was attended by university authorities and special guests.

The General Manager, Crnl. (SP) Eng. Paúl Morán, MSc, officially welcomed and delivered an institutional parchment to the Rector of #ESPEU, Crnl. Víctor Emilio Villavicencio Álvarez, Ph.D., as a symbol of institutional recognition and loyalty.

Likewise, the Rector delivered the institutional pin of ESPE-INNOVATIVA E.P. to the General Manager, reaffirming the vocation of service and joint work in favor of the academic and productive development of the country.

💙🚀 We drive innovation from #ESPEU

The University of the Armed Forces – ESPE, through the Biotechnology Career and its scientists, won the call to develop PARAMISTISTIC, and today leads this great participatory exhibition at the Interactive Science Museum (MIC) in Quito.

Designed for girls and boys from 8 to 12 years old, this experience invites them to discover the páramo in a playful way, where each dynamic awakens curiosity and reveals how this ecosystem protects water, biodiversity and life, as true superpowers of nature.

🎮✨ Learning by playing is the first step to taking care of the planet.

In #ESPEU, the discussion “Casa en La Vicentina Project: towards the construction of smart cities” was held, a space for dialogue and exchange of knowledge aimed at sustainable and innovative urban development.

The event was organized by the Department of Energy and Mechanical Sciences and was attended by PhD. Fredy Ordóñez, mentor of the project, who shared his academic and technical experience, contributing to the strengthening of this initiative.

Promoting initiatives that build the future.

At the Instituto Agropecuario Superior Andino IASA I in #ESPEU, the “ExperiencIAAS Bootcamp” was held, a technical and didactic meeting that strengthened the academic-productive link of the agricultural sector.

During the day, students from IASA I and the Software Club participated in specialized talks and tours of the production modules, strengthening integration, knowledge exchange and collaborative work between disciplines.

A space that promotes innovation and enhances the skills of future professionals in the field.

During the Third Ordinary Session of the Honorable University Council, convened by document ESPE-HCU-CSO-2026-003, and in compliance with the provisions of the Order of the Rector No. 2026-020-ESPE-a-1, Mr. Crnl. Mauricio González, Rector of the University of the Armed Forces – ESPE, took possession of Lt. of E.M.T. Avc. Edwin Efraín Garofalo González, Mgtr., as Administrative Vice-Rector and member of the Honorable University Council.

We express our best wishes for success in the performance of this new responsibility, for the benefit of the university community.

In the #ESPEU we received the official visit of Senior Colonel Liu Yijian, Defense Attaché of the People’s Republic of China in Ecuador, a meeting that reaffirms the ties of cooperation and military diplomacy between both nations.

The delegation was received by Crnl. Mauricio González, Rector of the University, with whom they held a meeting aimed at strengthening academic, strategic and institutional exchange initiatives.

During the visit, #ESPEU also received a donation of equipment, aimed at promoting the educational and academic development of our university community.
