The Master’s Degree in Defense and Security with a major in Cyber Defense trains high-level professionals capable of analyzing, preventing, and responding to threats in cyberspace. The program integrates strategic national defense knowledge with advanced technical competencies in digital security, cryptography, forensics, and cyber incident management. Graduates will be prepared to lead cyber defense operations in military, government, and private sector environments, contributing to the country’s digital sovereignty.

To train leaders in cyber defence with solid strategic and technological knowledge, capable of protecting critical infrastructures and guaranteeing the digital security of the State, through an education of excellence based on applied research and institutional values.

To be the leading postgraduate program in Latin America in the training of cyber defense specialists, recognized for its academic rigor, technological innovation and contribution to national and international security.

To train highly competent professionals in the Strategic Management of Emergency and Disaster Response, with a solid scientific, humanistic, and ethical foundation, capable of analyzing risk scenarios as well as planning, coordinating, and executing strategic preparation, response, and recovery actions through the application of specialized methodologies, models, and protocols; thereby strengthening resilience, inter-institutional governance, and operational continuity for the benefit of society and the environment.
