The Master’s Degree in Defense and Security with a major in Cyber Defense trains high-level professionals capable of analyzing, preventing, and responding to threats in cyberspace. The program integrates strategic national defense knowledge with advanced technical competencies in digital security, cryptography, forensics, and cyber incident management. Graduates will be prepared to lead cyber defense operations in military, government, and private sector environments, contributing to the country’s digital sovereignty.

To train professionals in the field of new information technologies and business intelligence, always with the vision of meeting the evolving demands of companies and institutions. This is achieved through a clear synergy between technology and management, enabling participants to develop the skills and techniques needed in business intelligence and technological innovation to lead information technology projects across various sectors of the economy and make efficient decisions within this highly globalized and dynamic field.

  • To be able to apply knowledge for the development of solutions based on business intelligence, web analytics and social media, data mining, decision-making tools, machine learning and database modeling, big data analytics and data streaming, enabling the ability to detect and identify opportunities for action, such as the generation of new knowledge at an academic and scientific level, as well as the development of solutions to create new and innovative products as market opportunities, among others.
  • To be able to apply and be in a position to implement a critical and analytical mindset within the company, through knowledge of the different business information systems, data analysis methods and techniques, the formulation of questions and hypotheses, and the generation of useful conclusions for the business.
