The Master’s Degree in Defense and Security with a major in Cyber Defense trains high-level professionals capable of analyzing, preventing, and responding to threats in cyberspace. The program integrates strategic national defense knowledge with advanced technical competencies in digital security, cryptography, forensics, and cyber incident management. Graduates will be prepared to lead cyber defense operations in military, government, and private sector environments, contributing to the country’s digital sovereignty.

To train leaders in cyber defence with solid strategic and technological knowledge, capable of protecting critical infrastructures and guaranteeing the digital security of the State, through an education of excellence based on applied research and institutional values.

To be the leading postgraduate program in Latin America in the training of cyber defense specialists, recognized for its academic rigor, technological innovation and contribution to national and international security.

To train high-level postgraduates for educational practice, capable of generating and applying knowledge with an ethical sense and social commitment, through the progressive mastery of concepts, curricular adaptations, study methods, and research, for the solution of relevant problems at the institutional, local, and national levels within the framework of interculturality, resulting in relevant contributions to disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and professional knowledge.
