With deep respect for the institutionality, tradition and values that represent us, the University of the Armed Forces – ESPE carried out the Official Change of Command Ceremony of the Rectorate, in accordance with Resolution CCFFAA-JCC-001-2026, through which the new authorities are appointed.The Crnl. Mauricio González, officially assumed the position of Rector, in a solemn act of delivery-reception of responsibilities, succeeding in the position Crnl. Víctor Emilio Villavicencio Álvarez, PhD., who culminates a management distinguished by his leadership, institutional commitment and contribution to academic excellence.
This act reaffirms the #ESPEU’s commitment to institutional continuity, transparency and the strengthening of higher education at the service of the country.
