At the IASA in #ESPEU, the Biochemistry Open House was held, a space where our students of the Agricultural career demonstrated that science is also transformed into real solutions for the field.
During the event, the students presented their R+D+i projects, focused on the extraction of bioactive compounds through biochemical techniques, their transformation into innovative products and the verification of their functionality through laboratory tests, with direct applications in the agricultural sector.
These projects reflect the commitment to research, development and innovation, integrating scientific knowledge with the productive, sustainable and technological needs of agriculture.
