ESPE's Advanced Digital Systems Laboratory is oriented to academic, research, and practical development in the area of digital systems and embedded systems. It provides support to subjects related to digital circuits, microprocessors and microcontrollers, allowing students to design, simulate and implement technological solutions based on embedded hardware and software. In addition, it promotes research, titling and technological innovation projects through the use of platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi and advanced digital architectures.

The Advanced Telecommunications Systems Laboratory (SAT) of the ESPE is an academic space aimed at practical training in wired and wireless telecommunications. It has specialized equipment for experimentation in radio frequency, VHF, UHF and microwaves, strengthening students' competencies in the design, implementation and analysis of telecommunications systems, in addition to supporting research and technological development projects.

It has advanced infrastructure and equipment that support the BIO4TECH and PROCONET groups, strengthening innovation, multidisciplinary work and student training through scientific and technological projects.

The Biomedical Instrumentation Laboratory of the ESPE is an academic space oriented to the study, measurement and analysis of physiological variables of the human body. It has specialized equipment such as electrocardiographs, ultrasound scanners and biomedical simulators, which strengthen the practical and research training of students in electronics, automation and mechatronics, promoting the development of technological solutions applied to the area of health.

The Communications Laboratory of the ESPE Latacunga Campus is equipped with routers, switches, antennas, fiber optic equipment, analyzers and specialized software for practices in networks and telecommunications.
Strengthen practical and investigative learning in networks, radio communication and wireless systems through modern technologies and simulation of real environments.
It allows the development of practices, projects and research in data networks, security, signal propagation and communication systems applied to the academic and industrial field.

The Digital Electronics Laboratory of the ESPE Latacunga Headquarters is equipped with work tables, oscilloscopes, signal generators, AC/DC sources, computers and microprocessor programmers for digital and embedded systems practices.
Strengthen hands-on learning in digital circuits, microprocessors, and embedded systems through design, simulation, programming, and implementation.
It supports the technical and professional training of technology and engineering students through internships and projects applied to automation and industrial digital systems.

The Electric Drives Laboratory of the ESPE Latacunga Headquarters has experimentation modules, electric motors, power converters, frequency variators, drives, power quality analyzers and measurement equipment for industrial practices.
Strengthen hands-on learning in control, analysis, and diagnostics of electric drive systems, motors, and power converters.
It allows the development of practices, projects and training in speed control, torque and power quality applied to automation and industrial systems.
