To train highly qualified professionals in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of automotive systems, applying technical and technological knowledge with criteria of efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
This program aims to meet the demands of the productive sector and contribute to national development by training technologists with competencies in electromechanics, electronic injection systems, workshop management, manufacturing, and electromobility within the automotive industry.

- General objective
To train Higher University Technologists in Automotive Mechanics capable of implementing, diagnosing, maintaining, and optimizing conventional and emerging automotive systems, through the application of cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and technologies, contributing to operational efficiency, innovation, sustainability, and the development of the productive sector.
Develop competencies for the implementation and operation of automotive systems using specialized tools, equipment, and software.
Train in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on internal combustion, hybrid, and electric engines, ensuring their efficient and safe operation.
Strengthen technical skills in the adjustment, assembly, and calibration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, in accordance with technical and safety standards.
Apply emerging technologies and up-to-date methodologies in the diagnosis and resolution of problems in the automotive sector.
Promote practices of sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility in automotive processes.
Develop competencies in the use of standardized methodologies, technical procedures, and industrial safety protocols.
