The Agrobiotechnology Laboratory is an academic space aimed at the practical training of students in Life Sciences techniques, such as microbiology, cytology, molecular biology and plant tissue culture. It strengthens the development of technical and scientific skills, reinforcing theoretical knowledge about biotechnological processes applied to agriculture through laboratory procedures and practices that include the application of techniques in plant biotechnology, molecular analysis and biotechnological applications of microorganisms. Its objective is to contribute to the improvement of plant and animal species, the optimization of biological and agricultural processes, and the sustainability of natural resources.

Laboratory specialized in biotechnology applied to animal health. It develops and optimizes molecular and serological techniques for the diagnosis of infectious and parasitic diseases in domestic, production and wild animals. She researches ecology, epidemiology and pathogen-host-vector interactions with a One Health approach. It provides support to teaching, research and linkage, training students in curricular integration projects and pre-professional practices. It fosters national and international interdisciplinary collaboration.

The Aquaculture Laboratory (LAC) of the ESPE is an academic and scientific space aimed at strengthening teaching, research and linkage in the aquaculture area. It has infrastructure, cultivation systems and specialized equipment that allow the development of practices and projects focused on reproduction, nutrition, water quality, health and management of aquatic organisms. In addition, it promotes technological innovation and the sustainable use of hydrobiological resources, contributing to the comprehensive training of students and professionals committed to the development of the aquaculture sector.

Biosafety Laboratory level BSL2+ specialized in microbiological diagnosis of dangerous pathogens, bacterial resistance and zoonoses. It provides academic support to postgraduate degrees in Life Sciences, Security and Defense, as well as to master's and doctoral students from universities with an agreement. It carries out isolation, identification and typing of highly dangerous agents, and antibiotic resistance studies. It seeks to lay the foundations for an innovative master's degree in animal health, zoonoses, food safety and biosecurity.
