The University of the Armed Forces – ESPE presents the launch of the book “Strategic Visions: State, Institutions and Capabilities”.
In conjunction with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Ecuador and the Network for Strategic Studies in Security and Defense (REESD), this work brings together six research projects that rigorously analyze the country’s structural challenges in security, institutionality, and state capabilities.
A space to promote strategic thinking, strengthen academic production and generate proposals that contribute to the construction of solid public policies.
