In this context, the granting of master&#8217;s scholarships for administrative personnel with appointments and workers, best graduates of third-level careers, tenured academic personnel and active military personnel assigned to the University of the Armed Forces \u2013 ESPE, contributes to recognizing academic merit, improving the public service and institutional research and of the Armed Forces.  in addition to promoting research and fourth-level academic training, allowing to stimulate academic excellence and achieve scientific, cultural and sports achievements.
